Why The Fight Against Flash?

With all of these benefits there exists a movement on the web to boycott Flash. Many leading players such as Apple, Opera, Microsoft, and Firefox have all voiced their opinions. They are advocating the use of HTML5 and think Flash has lots of improving to do. Naturally there are and will be the niches where Flash continues to be undisplacable.

The mobile or portable web is in its start. As more people become able to connect to the internet over a cell phone they really want a similar experience that they have when they work with a full-sized computer. Flash is set to reign over this market. After experts analyzed both technologies on mobile platform there's a bottom line - Flash is still more effective than HTML5. The online video media and animations can be loaded faster and be viewed a lot more smoothly.

Numerous business and corporate sites won't probably convert to HTML5 - simply for the basic principle of 'if it ain't broken, don't fix it'. Flash templates or Flash web designs are still going to deliver best experiences by means of their flexibility and reliability.

will the end result be? The history will show us. As HTML5 and Flash battle it out, Flash will remain powerful contender in the foreseeable future of the world wide web. Having a validated strength for videos and animation on the mobile and presentational niches Flash is not going away soon.
